24-hour Cancellation policy

Platinum Edge Tutoring maintains a 24 hour cancellation policy. Client must notify Platinum Edge of the cancellation of any tutoring session, including mock testing, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled session, otherwise the session will be marked as a paid session. 

Three (3) consecutive rescheduled sessions, outside or within the 24 hour window (i.e. ±24 hours in advance), will also result in/ equate to one (1) paid session equivalent.
